The online store OmnioStore, available at https://omniostore.com, is operated by OMNIO CO S.R.L., a company registered in Romania, conducting e-commerce activities as a merchant and direct seller.

OMNIO CO S.R.L. sells the products displayed on the website in its own name and on its own behalf, acting as the contractual party responsible for selling these products to end consumers.

OmnioStore does not operate as a marketplace, intermediary, or platform facilitating transactions between customers and third-party sellers. All sales contracts concluded through the website are entered into directly between the customer and OMNIO CO S.R.L.

To carry out its commercial activities, the company may collaborate with third-party service providers for product storage, order fulfillment, shipping, payment processing, and other services necessary for operating the online store.

The use of third-party service providers does not alter the company's role as the seller or relieve it of its legal obligations and responsibilities towards consumers.

All sales invoices are issued in the name of OMNIO CO S.R.L., using the company's official identification and tax registration details, in accordance with applicable Romanian tax and accounting legislation.

Although the company may use third-party platforms, payment processors, fulfillment providers, or invoicing software to facilitate its commercial operations, these service providers do not replace OMNIO CO S.R.L. as the legal seller or the entity responsible for invoicing customers.

2. Products

OmnioStore sells physical household products and other items listed on the website.

Product descriptions, images, materials, features and prices are displayed on the relevant product pages.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions. Minor color differences may occur due to screen settings.

The essential characteristics stated in the product description form part of the information provided before purchase.

3. Prices

Prices for orders placed in Romania are displayed in Romanian lei (RON).

Prices represent the final consumer prices under the seller's applicable tax regime.

OMNIO CO S.R.L. is not registered for VAT purposes, provided this remains its applicable tax status at the time of purchase.

Shipping charges and other applicable fees are disclosed before checkout completion.

The applicable price is the price displayed and confirmed when the sales contract is concluded.

Promotions are subject to their published conditions and validity periods.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Customers select products, provide delivery details and choose an available payment method.

Customers may review and correct their details before submitting their order.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

A sales contract is formed when we expressly confirm acceptance of the order by email or another clear communication. An automated acknowledgment of receipt does not necessarily constitute acceptance where this is stated in that acknowledgment.

We may reject an order for objective reasons, such as unavailability, inability to deliver or reasonably suspected fraud. Customers will be informed, and any payment received for an unaccepted order will be fully refunded.

5. Payments

OmnioStore offers customers the following payment methods:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment is made upon delivery of the package, directly to the courier, in cash, in Romanian lei (RON).

2. Online Card Payment

We accept online payments by debit and credit cards through a secure payment service provider integrated with our Shopify store.

Transactions are processed securely, and OmnioStore does not directly store complete payment card details.

The total order amount, including applicable shipping charges, is displayed before checkout completion.

We do not charge additional fees for selecting a particular payment method, except for any charges permitted by law and clearly disclosed before placing an order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped using courier services to the areas specified in our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery periods and shipping fees are communicated before order submission.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of contract formation, as required by law.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer when the consumer or a person designated by them, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving a reason.

The right of withdrawal is separate from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity.

8. Legal Guarantee and Complaints

Products benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity under applicable consumer law.

For consumer purchases, the seller is generally liable for non-conformities existing upon delivery and becoming apparent within two years, subject to applicable legal rules.

11. Liability

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by legally recognized force majeure events, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or statutory consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited.

12. Disputes

Consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and use applicable alternative dispute resolution procedures.

13. Changes to These Terms
